These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88ef9 ("88ef9", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://88ef9.cam and all associated services, products and features made available through it.

By creating an account on 88ef9, accessing the platform, placing a bet or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To open an Account and use the 88ef9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator and/or the license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, company or other legal entity when placing bets or managing your Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or officer of 88ef9 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is accurate, complete and current. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

88ef9 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it reasonably suspects that eligibility requirements have not been met.

Your Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Specifically:

• You must not share your username, password or any authentication credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members.
• You must notify 88ef9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all bets, deposits and withdrawals made through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where 88ef9 is found to have been negligent.

Accounts that are found to be shared, transferred or sold are in breach of these Terms. 88ef9 may suspend or terminate such Accounts and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, you may contact support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Dormant Accounts — those with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the User. 88ef9 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any such fee.

88ef9 displays account balances and processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. The platform lists payment options familiar to Pakistani users for context purposes; the specific methods active at any given time are confirmed within the cashier section of your Account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider; timing may vary depending on the method used.
• Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification before being processed. Once approved, processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method in your name that has been verified. 88ef9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 88ef9 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking any such fees with your provider.
• Funds deposited into your Account must not originate from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source. 88ef9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities on any such investigations.

88ef9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a withdrawal request being placed on hold or, in cases of suspected fraud, the Account being suspended.

All bets placed on the 88ef9 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, as evidenced by a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and the User chooses to exercise it before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the point a bet is confirmed. 88ef9 will display the odds at the time of confirmation on your bet slip.
• In the event of a technical error — including display errors, manifest pricing mistakes or server malfunctions — that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, 88ef9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account balance.
• For live in-play sports betting covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and other events, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 88ef9's decision on settlement of any disputed bet is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the bet placement interface. These limits may vary by market, sport or game type.
• Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer procedures as applicable. 88ef9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

88ef9 reserves the right to limit, restrict or void bets where it suspects irregular betting patterns, arbitrage activity, abuse of promotions, or any other conduct that it reasonably believes is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.

88ef9 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money funds in your Account. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Users are responsible for reading these before opting in.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household address, per device and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes abuse of promotions.
• 88ef9 does not guarantee the continued availability of any promotion. Offers may be modified, withdrawn or replaced at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already opted in and wagering is in progress.
• 88ef9 does not make any guarantees about the value, return rate or profitability of any promotion. No promotional material should be interpreted as a guaranteed win or financial gain.
• Bonus Funds will expire if the relevant wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88ef9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, or attempting to register under a false name, date of birth or address.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement (18 years, or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction).
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploiting known errors in odds or game mechanics in a coordinated or systematic manner.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or facilitating any form of money laundering or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated betting with connected parties, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content, data, odds feeds or software.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

88ef9 uses automated fraud detection systems as well as manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, any winnings generated during the period of such conduct may be voided and any balance forfeited at 88ef9's sole discretion.

88ef9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its users. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or debts.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered users directly within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased within the same period without a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period across all bets.
• Session Time Limits & Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined duration and set automatic logouts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) during which you cannot place bets or make deposits.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 88ef9.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform.
• Use the 88ef9 name, logo or branding in any way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the User to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef9 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond 88ef9's reasonable control (including network outages affecting users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional materials.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88ef9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where 88ef9's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88ef9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 88ef9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• You are found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You have been found to be under the minimum age requirement.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has instructed 88ef9 to suspend or close your Account.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

In the event of Account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 88ef9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations under these Terms, including any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ef9 is incorporated and/or licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

88ef9 does not represent or warrant that the Platform, its services, or these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or of any other specific jurisdiction in which a User may be located. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

88ef9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — which may include a notice on the Platform homepage, an in-platform notification, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12. You will not be bound by any amended Terms in relation to bets already confirmed prior to the date of the amendment.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email with a clear description of the issue, the relevant Account username, and any supporting documentation. We will investigate all formal complaints in good faith and respond with our findings within a reasonable timeframe.
